Learn how to meditate and engage with mindfulness. Explore loving kindness, mindful meditation for pain, and how to overcome obstacles to mindfulness. All our peer support groups are used, delivered, developed and led by people with shared experiences on an equal and mutual basis, in order to better manage their wellbeing.
