Complaints Procedure

We take complaints very seriously.

Leeds Directory signposts clients on to Consumer Direct, the Care Quality Commission and other relevant mandatory regulatory bodies where appropriate.

Care Quality Commission

If your complaint is regarding a Personal Care Provider please contact the Care Quality Commission on tel. 0300 061 6161.

Consumer Direct

If your complaint is regarding a Trade Service please contact Consumer Direct on tel. 08454 040 506.

If you wish to raise a complaint about any organisation or service listed on the Leeds Directory please put your complaint in writing to: Provider Monitoring Officer, Leeds Directory, Care & Repair Leeds, 323 Roundhay Road, Leeds, LS8 4HT.

Procedure

All complaints will be recorded. Where appropriate we will review issues against the Leeds Directory Code of Good Practice and in light of the ethos and integrity of Leeds Directory Service within Care & Repair Leeds. We reserve the right to remove an organisation’s listing from Leeds Directory pending investigation and also reserve the right to remove a provider permanently from Leeds Directory.

Appeals

Appeals by Service Providers against the removal of their listing may be put in writing to: Veronica Evans, Leeds Directory, Care & Repair Leeds, 323 Roundhay Road, Leeds, LS8 4HT. Appeals will be reviewed only at the discretion of Leeds Directory.
